Its removable cover makes everyday upkeep more manageable, but the filled weight makes it a poor choice for a chair you intend to carry between rooms. Big Joe’s Fuf assembly instructions say the cover arrives separately from the compressed insert, sometimes beneath it in the carton. They recommend fitting the cover promptly after unpacking, before expansion. The guide allows up to 48 hours for expansion, while the Fuf 8ft product listing says 72 hours. Allow several days and follow the instructions supplied with your chair. Remove the transport packaging as instructed and keep the filled liner closed.
Clear the destination before opening the package. Have space for the cover, insert and packaging, and arrange help if you cannot comfortably handle the chair. Do not plan your first movie night around the assumption that an unopened carton becomes a ready-to-use seat instantly.
